Refund Policy
This policy explains when refunds are available across Digisoul’s products and services. Read it together with our Delivery & Digital Fulfillment Policy and Terms of Service. It operates consistently with Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 where applicable.
1. Digital products (Brain & Prompt Library)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, they are generally non-refundable. As a goodwill measure, if you have used only a minimal amount and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we will review your request and may issue a refund where reasonable.
2. Subscriptions (Prompt Library, USD 49/year)
You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the current paid period, and renewals are not charged after cancellation. Part-period refunds are not provided unless required by law.
3. Training programmes (AI4X)
You may request a full refund up to 7 days before a programme start date. After a programme begins, fees are non-refundable, though we will work with you on rescheduling where possible.
4. Advisory & consulting (Khabeer AI)
Advisory engagements are governed by the specific terms of each statement of work or proposal.
5. How to request a refund
Email bd@digisoul.io with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days for card/Paymob payments and up to 7 business days for bank transfers.
