Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 07 November 2025
Digisoul is committed to ensuring that our digital services are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, as incorporated in the technical standard EN 301 549. Providing an accessibility statement helps demonstrate this commitment and informs users about our accessibility efforts.
Measures to support accessibility
To achieve accessibility on our website, we undertake the following measures:
- Assign dedicated staff to coordinate accessibility initiatives.
- Provide accessibility training to content authors, designers and developers.
- Add alt text to all informative images and ensure decorative images are properly marked.
- Maintain a logical heading structure (h1–h6) to support screen-reader navigation.
- Ensure sufficient colour contrast between foreground and background elements.
- Design interactive elements (links, buttons, forms) to be fully keyboard accessible.
- Include “skip to content” links and ARIA landmarks for easier navigation.
- Provide captions or transcripts for audio and video content.
- Regularly test pages with automated tools and manual evaluations by users with disabilities.
Conformance status
We aim for the entire website to be fully compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. We will update this statement as improvements are made.
Known limitations
We are aware that some areas of the website may still present barriers. Our current known issues include:
- Some images lack descriptive alternative text. We are adding this content in future revisions.
- Older downloadable documents (e.g., PDFs) are not yet available in accessible formats.
- Certain videos do not have captions or audio descriptions.
- Interactive graphs and charts rely on colour alone to communicate information.
- Animations and parallax effects may not be fully controllable with keyboard commands and could cause discomfort.
We plan to resolve these issues by the end of 2025. If you encounter an accessibility problem not listed here, please contact us.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
Our website is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari) and with popular screen readers including NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack. If you use an older browser or different assistive technology, some features may not work optimally.
Technical specifications
Accessibility of the Digisoul website relies on the following technologies to function with the combination of web browser and assistive technologies on your device:
- HTML and WAI-ARIA for semantic structure and accessibility metadata
- CSS for presentation and colour contrast
- JavaScript for dynamic interactions and keyboard navigation
These technologies are necessary to ensure the site works with assistive technology.
Assessment approach
This statement was prepared on 07 November 2025 using a combination of automated accessibility tools and manual assessments by an accessibility specialist. We review the website’s accessibility at least annually and update this statement accordingly.
